About EOR Germany

International companies use us to employ staff in Germany with no company formation on their side. The employment runs through our own German entity, and every client gets one dedicated specialist rather than a portal or a chatbot.
Taking on someone abroad should not demand a new legal entity, a Steuerberater on retainer and weeks of forms. A phone call with people who already know the route should be enough.
Our story
Why we exist
The problem behind EOR Germany kept repeating itself: a company overseas wants one or two German hires, and both routes open to them cost too much. Forming a subsidiary is slow and expensive, while the big global platforms offer scale with little depth in any one country.
So we built the third route: a German employer of record proper, running on our own GmbH with an AüG licence, which lets an overseas company have staff employed here in days instead of months.
Agility EOR is the group we belong to. It has committed to a short list of European countries and to doing each one properly: the UK and Channel Islands, Ireland, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Malta and the Czech Republic. Covering few countries, deliberately, is what makes genuine expertise in each possible.

What you get with us, reliably
We keep the team small and the scope narrow, and we would rather do a few things properly than run a vast platform.
The German entity is ours
Your people sign with our own GmbH, which holds an AüG licence. No third company sits between you and the employer, so when something needs fixing, the fix is ours to make.
A single named contact
One Germany specialist learns your account and keeps it. Onboarding, payroll questions and offboarding all go through that same person.
A person answers the phone
Ask something about German employment and someone who actually knows will reply, normally inside the same working day.
Speed never beats compliance
Once the details are with us we move quickly, though never by skipping documentation or compliance checks. Doing it properly is the reason clients hire us at all.
Shaped around your stage
First hire, scaling team or an orderly wind-down: the service bends to fit. There is no rigid platform to fight.
